Ride With CTC Cornwall
The Rides Programme
Come along and ride with CTC Cornwall. We cater for all levels of ability. Non-members are welcome. Children are also welcome on most rides, if accompanied by an adult. We need to know when and where you would like to ride and we need volunteers to lead rides. See the CTC Rides page for details of all our rides.
We have a full programme of rides for 2011. There are weekend rides on Sundays, evening rides during the summer months and occasional mid-week day rides. Look below for rides in your area.
Non-members are very welcome but children must be accompanied by an adult
We would like to know what sort of rides you want. Do you want weekend, weekday, long, short, with stops or not. Please let us know.
We also need volunteers to lead rides, no experience necessary. Please let us know what you want, and/or if you are willing to lead.
County-wide Rides
Equinox Rides. These rides are for all CTC Cornwall cyclists and normally take place on the Sunday nearest the spring and autumn equinoxes. These are sometimes associated with sponsorships for good causes. For example..
On Sunday 18th of September 2011 CTC Cornwall organised two rides to raise funds for the Helston based charity, ShelterBox. The spring Equinox event from Devoran near Truro was a great success as also were the new rides from Launceston which followed a similar format.
Details will be announced for next years equinox rides soon.
